After opening its doors to Palisadians in 2013, Studio K is getting ready to open the doors to its new home at the corner of Sunset and Monument.
“We’re really looking forward to being in the heart of the Village and the center of the community that we have become apart of,” said Studio K owner Bryan Green. “Under new ownership, the clock tower building has gone through an extensive renovation. This opportunity was too good to pass up.”

Studio K will open the doors to its new location in the clock tower building at Sunset and Monument on Feb. 1

When the studio reopens at its new location on Feb. 1, clients will have access to several new class types beyond the proprietary K-Training program, including aerial conditioning, suspension training and yoga. And it all comes with coveted free parking, according to Green.
“Our new location has given us the chance to expand our program offerings and still provide the small group training sessions we’re known for,” Green said. “It’s going to be a lot of fun to be able to offer more variety now that we have the space to do so.”
Green, who designed many of the most frequented fitness facilities in the country, added the new location will have the same design aesthetic that clients have come to know and love at Studio K.
“We’ve always had a great feedback on the presentation of our space,” he said. “Environment is key to creating the right frame of mind for our clients and we want to keep that consistent. The new location will be a broader, newer version of what we have already created.”
Although the new studio will be up and running long before the completion of Rick Caruso’s new development, Green said the timing is great for their business.
“We’re going to be adjacent and complimentary to the style and caliber of what is to come with the new development,” he said.
Inspired by the natural way our bodies move, Green developed Studio K Training to offer progressive exercise training designed specifically to strengthen functional movement patterns made in everyday life.
“Starting a business in the Palisades has been very rewarding. This a very loyal community and we’ve been very well received,” said Green, who has three children with his wife Jennifer, a Master K Trainer.
“We’re kid friendly and the Palisades is so family focused and dedicated to wellness, so it’s been a really great fit for us,” he added. “We’re excited to offer something in high demand, that’s super valuable and that you don’t have to trek outside of the Palisades to find.”
